Shri Bhavitha Educational & Skill Development Welfare Society is a registered non-profit organization established in 2014 with a mission to transform lives through education, skill development, employment generation, entrepreneurship promotion, and women empowerment.
For more than 12 years, we have been actively working across Andhra Pradesh to empower youth, women, tribal communities, and marginalized sections of society through industry-oriented training programs and sustainable livelihood initiatives.
Our organization is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 2001 (Registration No. 623 of 2014) and has successfully implemented various government-sponsored skill development and empowerment programs.

Key Projects & Initiatives in Andhra Pradesh
Scope:
• Partnership with APSSDC to conduct skill-based training programs in key sectors such as IT/ITES, Retail, Electronic, Tourism & Hospitality and other Livelihood Trainings
• Focus on industry-relevant courses and placement assistance.
Target Group:
• Rural youth aged 18–35 years
• School/college dropouts and job seekers
Training Features:
• NSQF-aligned courses
• Soft skills, computer literacy, and communication modules
• Placement drives with local industry tie-ups
Coverage:
Implemented in multiple mandals across East and West Godavari Districts, with planned expansion in other districts of Andhra Pradesh.
Objectives:
• To uplift SC, ST youth through skill development and livelihood promotion
• Provide entrepreneurship support via loan linkages and training
Activities Conducted:
• Certified job-oriented courses: Electrician, Sales Associate, Tailoring, Hospitality • Self-employment awareness camps • Support in availing bank credit and subsidiesImpact:
